Every practitioner of Elliot wave theory knows that only one wave of the impulse undergoes wave extension; normally wave 3 undergoes wave extension for stock-markets.
However, a properly drawn extension can help identify end of the major wave is something not known to many.
Berger paint just concluded five waves with wave one extension. The chart identifies each of the sub-waves of the extension and shows how the fib- extension of sub-wave 0-3 to 4 help identify end of wave.
