Possible Retest

I am new to this. Take this with a grain of salt. Just started learning technical analysis but I've been watching cryptos for some time now. Ethereum's upcoming SEC ETF may have a positive effect on the price (just speculation) if the ETF is denied and it is likely that this will happen as the SEC claimed that Bitcoin was not mature enough yet. Ethereum is a less mature asset. It is unlikely that the SEC will approve the ETF.
