DOW - Breaking below 17,400 would be a major technical event
If this happens, there wont be a massive impact straight away but the DOW will be out of rail and after a few month oscillating it may fall (Same dynamics as what occurred in 2011).
This market needs either of this 3 things:
(1) A flat trading period of 1 year.
(2) A 20% reset
(3) A 3Y crash.
