1 million to the Ethereum community" has been voted through. The proposal intends to donate $300,000 to ETHGlobal, sponsor 
700,000 to 11 ApeCoin hackathons and at least 5 public welfare activities, and aims to respond to V God’s call for Ape to fund public goods in 2022.
