The key resistance level of $250 is likely to get broken, ETH based dapps are growing as well as ETH endorsement in Russia is going to push prices up further. $300 short term target and $480 longer. ETH has very strong fundamentals backing it up and bears will get trapped. If any other crypto has the potential to reach highs or get to par with 
BTC it is definitely
