1. Good fundamentals -Record 39 million square feet of leasing - - Same Store NOI increases 2.7% over the third quarter 2011 - - Occupancy increases to 93.1 percent, 210 basis points over the third quarter 2011. Good EPS increase from estimate.
2. DECENT support, however, price did seem to break support a little, that's why I placed an entry above trend line
