Note

Both drop seen on the chart happened in fall following presidential election were a president is in his first mandate. It's purely speculations, but the conditions we are in right now are very similar to the ones in 2000 and 2008.

I will be looking for a breakout. Elections already gave SPX500 a big hit as expected.
It's important to play it safe here.
