ВТБ вышел из флага - продолжение падающего тренда
Открываю идею на открытие позиции ШОРТ от текущего значения со стопом 38095 и целью 34180 (это около 6% от текущей цены). Потенциал падения (флагшток) соответствует уровню поддержки.
Для ограничения убытков, стоп можно подвинуть на уровень возвращения в флаг (примерно до -3%)...
