Petronet BreakoutPetronet LNG broke out above 250 on 29th March. Good momentum is evident from the fact that ADX is above 29. One can buy at current levels with a stop loss at Rs.233 or one can wait until it crosses 255 after taking support at previous resistance. Trade cautiously as Nifty is near it's old high.
TGV SRAAC showing strengthTGV SRAAC closed above it's previous resistance of Rs. 41.85 with high volume and ADX showing a level of 38. This share is giving an earnings yield of 11% which is much better than 10 year govt. yield. It may be a good bet for the long term. Buy at current levels with a stop loss at Rs. 37.
Grow with RepcoRepco Home Finance is flexing it's muscle since the start of this month and it touched it's resistance line first at Rs. 474 and then at Rs. 482 in March. If Repco Home breaks it's resistance line and closes above it then it can go much higher. It's a very good company among other housing finance names with a compounded annual sales growth of nearly 31% in last 10 years and a compounded profit growth of nearly 30% in last 10 years. Average return on equity in last 10 years has been 17% and is available at a PE of 12.3 on trailing twelve month basis. So both fundamentally and technically it can be a good bet. If it closes above 474 then it could be bought with a stop loss at Rs. 433. Happy Investing :)
Buy Inox LeisureInox Leisure has given a breakout above 326 which was it's resistance since Feb'18. The breakout is accompanied by above average volume and ADX is above 40 which is a very bullish sign. If I go by it's trailing twelve months financial figures then this company registered revenue growth of 17%, operating profit growth of 34% and EPS growth of 149% and it's PEG ratio is at 0.2, so fundamentally it is showing good growth, so it's a good buy from that point of view too. One can buy Inox with a stop loss at Rs.290. Happy Trading :)
