Consolidation-breakout
GMMPfaudler- Big move on the cards?GMMPfaudler was on my watchlist from past couple of months because of its beautiful consolidation after a fall.
Recently, the company has announced good Q1 results due to which a breakout was seen in the stock. It was followed by some profit booking.
On friday, the stock gave a gap down opening due to news(GMM selling stake in the stock) followed by a huge buying momentum.
It seems like the gap down was a SL hunting move for the breakout buyers.
The chart is looking very strong at CMP for minimum target of 1750 and 1970. SL can be below 1400 DCB which is a strong demand zone.
However, since its a news based stock, the risk associated is higher.
Please note that I am sharing this idea only for educational purposes.
One can study and observe the chart as it could be a very beautiful example of how a big move is always preceded by SL hunting.
GIPCL will it finally break its consolidation GIPCL has been consolidating in a price range of 105-70 for almost 2 years now. Right now the price is nicely stabilizing near the supply range which is getting supported by good volume it looks like the supply is getting absorbed now and its ready to finally breach the resistance. Stop loss can be placed @ 90. This is a positional pick.

Huge breakout in Morganite crucible.Hello Smart traders Hope you are doing exceptionally well in you Trading journey.
This time we will discuss about another beautiful breakout stock Morganite Crucible (India) Ltd.
Technical-
Morganite Crucible (India) Ltd has shown a rectangle channel pattern breakout. It spent six years in a consolidating phase. During this time, it consistently tested its resistance level, moving back to its strong support. Recently, it retested its resistance once again, undergoing a pullback. However, this time, it found support at its pivot point, resulting in a significant bullish candle that broke through the resistance with strong momentum and higher volume. We can anticipate a higher returns as consolidation phase was really long.
Entry and Stop-loss level.
Currently, the stock is trading above the trend line and maintaining its bullish trend. If this upward movement continues and remains above the line, particularly beyond the R2 level at 1246, it could be a favorable time to consider investing in this stock. To manage risk, setting a stop loss just below the R1 level, around 1130, is recommended.

Stock has corrected last year by approx 50% from its high, and then consolidating from last year. Stock clearly gives breakout of this consolidation to give some good upward move.
It is constantly taking supports from moving averages.
Note: All IT stocks like infosys, TCS, etc seem to be giving new breakouts, looks like new uptrend has just started in this sector.
BERGER PAINTS | Breakdown Or FakeoutAfter a good upside rally as can be seen in the chart, 'Berger Paints' went into a consolidation phase.
today it has broken the consolidation zone and also has changed the trend in the smaller time frame.
Now we can keep it on the radar for the coming days so we can see if this is a breakdown which is more likely to happen or a fakeout to trap sellers.

Nifty AnalysisIn this assessment I will try to answer a few questions:
1️⃣where is the market trading?
It is trading near its all-time high 18887.60
2️⃣How it is behaving near this resistance?
🚩It reacted sharply from near the resistance level but took support near a previous swing low of 18670.
🚩Then it rallied even much sharper back to the resistance and this time the reactions have been not that strong.
🚩It seems consolidating/absorbing whatever supply is left near the highs.
3️⃣Is there any pattern or range that can be traded?
🚩Yes, there is a triangle pattern formation as shown in the chart. It is probably best to buy near the lower edge and wait for an up move.
🚩There could also be a range formation in which market can oscillate for a while. This range is between 18780 (an important support-resistance level) and 18875-18900.
4️⃣Is there any chance of massive crack from all-time highs?
🚩At this point of time I don’t see any indication of a fall. As I said that the reactions are getting smaller, and price is hugging the resistance zone. There are higher chances of a breakout in the direction of primary trend on the weekly timeframe (see chart on the right).
5️⃣What should be the trailing SL to protect gains in the market?
🚩The swing low of 18660 could be a good stop loss to protect or lock the gains (if any) in the markets.
