Price closed above the previous high yesterday with good volume but got rejected immediately and closed below to low of yesterday. One can short the stock with reasonable stop loss. Risking the small amount gives an opportunity for a decent Risk to Reward ratio trade. RSI divergence is one more confirmation for the trade.

L&T - Possible journey aheadL&T in near very crucial trend line support around 1230-1240 zone which can be make or break level in short term, plus 100 day EMA is currently at 1210 which can also provide very good support, so if L&T doesn't close below the channel and maintains 100 EMA then chances will that it will move back towards upper resistance zone of 1340-1360,
But if it fails to hold on to support zone then may see all the way towards next support zone of 1100-1120.
Once can take position accordingly.
LT: Buy at 1317 SL 1300 (Close) TGT 1347LT has traded with volumes more than 6 times its average on NSE today with Total gain of 6.82% on closing basis. Stock is in Uptrend now with Gap-up opening today. Fresh Longs being built up today on LT.
Tomorrow will be an opportunity to enter the stock preferable around 1315 levels. I have mentioned an entry at 1317 with Stop-loss on closing basis below 1300 and a target 1 at 1347. If stock crosses 1358 further strength can be seen. NSE:LT
