Nifty50
Is 21400 the bottom of #NIFTY ?
The Nifty50 is currently down over 13% from its all-time high. After studying the chart for a while, I’ve arrived at a possible scenario.
Since COVID, the index has remained within a channel, and I don’t see any major catalysts—like a recession, pandemic, war, or significant news—driving this decline. In fact, we’ve weathered much more severe global events since COVID.
Given this, I lean toward the possibility of a small bounce or consolidation rather than a crash.
But could my view be wrong? Of course—it’s always possible that the market behaves differently than I expect. Can I control that? Not at all. The best I can do is align with the market and let it take its course.
Cheers!

Simply put, when Open Interest increases, it means more money is moving into the futures contract, and when open interest drops, it means money is moving out of the contract. One can draw inference from this example.
#Nifty50 - 27th November NSE:NIFTY
Chart contains support and resistance levels ( understand how it works 👇🏻)
Support and resistance are key concepts in technical analysis used to identify potential price levels where assets may reverse or stall.
Support:
-Definition: A support level is a price point where buying interest is strong enough to overcome selling pressure, preventing the price from falling further.
- Indicators: Support levels can be identified through historical price data, trend lines, or moving averages.
- Behavior: When a price approaches support, it may bounce back up. If broken, it can become a new resistance level.
Resistance:
- Definition: A resistance level is a price point where selling interest is strong enough to overcome buying pressure, preventing the price from rising further.
- Indicators: Similar to support, resistance levels can be identified through past price action, trend lines, or moving averages.
- Behavior: When the price approaches resistance, it may retreat. If broken, it can turn into a new support level.
Importance:
- Trade Decisions: Traders use these levels to make buy or sell decisions, set stop-loss orders, and identify potential profit targets.
- Market Psychology: Support and resistance levels reflect market sentiment and the balance between supply and demand.
Understanding these concepts can enhance trading strategies and improve decision-making.

Nifty 50. The Doji Candle.Nifty is making Doji at the bottom on weekly chart. Which shows the chances of trend reversal. If Nifty close above 23391 (current week high) then Down trend will be end and reversal process will start in market. Nifty weekly analysis for 13/01/2025.The weekly charts of the index is looking bearish as the market has closed around the 50 EMA.
A strong support around the 23400 levels is there. The support has been tested 2-3 times and it is weakening the levels.
If the support levels is breached it can test the lower support level of 22k.
Sell on rise the market is there. On daily charts market has reversed from the levels but bullish trades can only be trade once the previous resistance level is taken out.
Major levels
Support :- 22340, 22650
Resistance :- 23750, 24175
Wait for the price action near the levels before entering the market.
Long The stock is approximately 56.9% undervalued relative to its intrinsic value of 4,137.50, suggesting a significant buying opportunity at the current price of 1,783.
Based on technical analysis and market trends, a correction to around 1,600 to 1,400 could be an ideal buy zone, offering even greater upside potential for investors looking to enter at a discounted price. However, starting to accumulate shares at 1,783 could still provide a strong entry point for those with a long-term horizon
Long As of January 2025, the intrinsic value of the stock is estimated to be 4,137.50. With the current stock price around 2,445, the stock appears to be approximately 41.0% undervalued, presenting a potential buying opportunity for long-term investors.
However, given the broader market correction, it's possible that the stock may experience further downside before reaching a strong support level. Specifically, the price could test 2,200, which looks like a potential ideal buy zone, followed by 1,924 as a secondary support level.
Despite the potential for further corrections, investors may consider starting to accumulate shares at the current levels. Given the significant undervaluation compared to the intrinsic value, this could position investors well for future gains.
