HEG VCP Trade. Pivot currently in progress.Disclaimer: This analysis is posted as my online journal for educational purposes only. This is not a buy call.
As you can see in HEG's chart above, it has risen 291% in 22 weeks and it has now experienced 3 tight contractions C1, C2, C3, with the C4 currently being in progress.
The C2 contraction was half of first, but the C3 was 18.5%. The last contraction C4 now ( the week just started today) seems to be forming in a less than 10% range. (Hopefully this tight range is maintained for the running week.)
Another positive sign is that the pivot range is forming above the centre line of the first contraction.
Contraction's less than 10% in the final contraction means that the stocks supply in the market has diminished considerably and the daily volumes are confirming this with below average numbers.
Whenever a huge demand will occur, it's very likely that the price of HEG could explode.
Will HEG explode or turn out to be dud ?
Will it experience a shakeout of weak hands ?

Birlasoft VCP breakout showing strengthBirlaSoft reacted strongly from its rising 200ma & went up to closed above 20 & 50 sma on Friday.
It forming a very inviting long tail candle. The volume though was marginally (@25%) higher wrt its 10day average.
On Monday, it gapped up strongly and now today's close seems to be sustaining well. Waiting to see how the coming weeks shape up.
Planned GTT entries triggered on Monday morning, but did not execute due to gap up. Min quantity entry taken at 298 levels.
Will Orient Paper Target 39.50 ?Orient Paper NSE:ORIENTPPR has a good almost a text book like VCP in progress. ( who cares if its called by a Cup & handle name or any other ) the bias does seem highly biased to me on the upside.
Stock Shifting from Basing stage and likely to move to advancing stage. The past FIVE weeks price action is suggesting an upward bias. Average volumes are also higher indicating accumulation.
Overhead strong supply zones exist @ 30 to 31.20 above which the stock can have a good run. Remains to be seen how the price action shapes out in the coming weeks
Today's earning report event may well decide whether it will break out this week or tomorrow ?
VCP Breakout: THOMASCOOK 🚢📌Levels are mentioned on chart for ❝Swing trading❞.
This stock looks good for medium to long term as well. Travel industry is expected to pick up with the withdrawal of second corona wave. It can be bought at current price or safe traders may wait for it to retrace back to the neckline and enter there.
