Nifty approaching supportNifty CMP 22544 Fib- The Index has corrected to 38.2% from a higher swing. This is strength.Now the question is will it stop here? First the current zone is fib confluence zone and hence a strong support zone. So price wise mkt is at a strong support zone. Trendline- I have drawn two trendlines. The rally to 2008 was one of the best trends the Indian mkt witnessed. So one trendline has been drawn from there. And the second good uptrend is post the bottom in 2000. The trendline crossover is giving March-25 as an imp month. Conclusion- Hence to me we are around a very high prob reversal zone. The Index may pierce the fib confluence momentarily and take support from the trendline and then bounce back sharply from it. So max pain is another 500 points down on the Nifty (22K).
