Advait Energy Secures ₹80.55 Crore Turnkey Contract

Advait Energy Transitions Limited has been awarded a turnkey contract worth ₹80.55 crore for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 11 KV Medium Voltage Covered Conductor (MVCC) systems. The order, received in the normal course of business, is aimed at enhancing the reliability of power supply in the Bhavnagar Circle of PGVCL.

The company announced that the order, dated September 1, 2025, involves the creation of a robust network for reliable power supply in the 11KV feeder of Bhavnagar Circle of Paschim Gujarat Vij Company Ltd (PGVCL) under the System Improvement (SI) Scheme. The project is expected to be completed within 12 months.

The contract's scope includes the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 11 KV Medium Voltage Covered Conductor (MVCC) with its accessories and allied items.

Advait Energy Transitions Limited confirmed that this order does not fall within related party transactions, and the promoter/promoter group/group companies have no interest in the entity that awarded the order.

The order is valued at ₹80,55,15,731.02 (Indian Rupees Eighty Crore Fifty Five Lakhs Fifteen Thousand Seven Hundred and Thirty One point zero two only), inclusive of taxes, and is to be executed within 12 months.
