Thyrocare Technologies shares pledged to Catalyst Trusteeship to secure API Holdings debentures

Catalyst Trusteeship Limited, acting as Debenture Trustee, has received a pledge of 3.23 crore equity shares of Thyrocare Technologies Limited from Docon Technologies Private Limited. The pledge, created on September 17, 2025, represents 60.99 percent of Thyrocare’s total share/voting capital and 60.84 percent of its diluted share/voting capital.According to the disclosure, the pledge has been created to secure new debentures issued by API Holdings Ltd, the ultimate holding company of Thyrocare Technologies. Catalyst Trusteeship confirmed the details of the pledge through its authorised signatory, Deesha Srikkanth, Senior Vice President.

Post-pledge, the total number of encumbered shares remains unchanged at 3.23 crore shares, accounting for 60.99 percent of Thyrocare’s total shareholding and 60.84 percent of the diluted capital. The equity share capital and total voting capital of Thyrocare Technologies remain at Rs 52.99 crore, comprising 5,29,94,447 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each. The diluted share/voting capital stands at Rs 53.13 crore, representing 5,31,37,515 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each.

Shares of Thyrocare Technologies were trading at Rs 1,195.20 on Friday, up 0.04 percent within a day’s range of Rs 1,190.40-1,213.80. The stock has gained 43.82 percent over the past year and has traded between Rs 658 and Rs 1,435 during the period.
