Observe Medical with progress in Italy: Major tender win, exclusive distribution agreement and significant order
Oslo, 25 September 2025 - Observe Medical ASA (the "Company" or "ObserveMedical") announces further progress in the Italian market.
The Company's distributor in Italy has secured a public tender to supplyUnoMeterT products into the largest region in Italy, corresponding to anestimated olume of approximately 240,000 units annually for a period of threeyears.
Following extended cooperation, Observe Medical has also entered into amutuallyexclusive distribution agreement with the distributor for the UnoMeterTproductfamily in Italy. In addition, the Company has received a significant orderrelated to this agreement.
