The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1430 GMT on Monday:

** Chipmaker Nvidia NVDA has completed its $700 million acquisition of Israeli AI firm Run:ai following antitrust scrutiny over the buyout.

** India's Adani group will exit the consumer goods joint venture with Singapore's Wilmar International F34 in a deal valued at $2 billion as the Indian conglomerate focuses on core infrastructure business.

** Bermuda-based holding company Maiden Holdings MHLD has entered into a combination agreement with Kestrel Group to form a new publicly listed specialty program group.

** Italian regional utility A2A A2A has finalised a deal to buy larger peer Enel's ENEL distribution assets in the northern Italian region of Lombardy, the two groups said.
