Japan Industrial Output Falls Less than Expected

Industrial production in Japan declined by 0.9% month-over-month in November 2023, shifting from a 1.3% growth in the prior month but coming less than market estimates of a 1.6% fall, preliminary data showed.

It was the first decrease in industrial output since August.
