Added option to push alerts when 8s and 9s are printed.

Alert will indicate it's an 8 or 9, buy or sell, the specific instrument in question, and the time frame selected.

Simply go to the Create Alert function at the top of the chart, select the indicator, and select "Any alert() function call" from the dropdown menus.

Update to only push alerts when TD8 and TD9 buys are within or lower than the lower band and when TD8 and TD9 sells are within or above the upper band.
