Spreads > 21dma
% S&P stocks above 50dma < 21dma
Indicator shows red bars in instances where:
VIX > 50dma
Spreads > 50dma
% S&P stocks above 50dma < 50dma
VIX > 21dma
Spreads > 21dma
% S&P stocks above 50dma < 21dma
