Strong banker control:
1. OBV(blue line) always above OBV MA20(orange line);
2. OBV MA20 pointed upward; and
3. close to All time high OBV(purple line).
Weak banker control
1. OBV pointed downward; and
2. OBV cross under OBV MA20.
Do not trade if OBV crossed under OBV MA40(green).
When OBV crosses under OBV MA20 and OBV MA40, both will turn red.
