The Supertrend strategy is a trend-following trading method that uses the Supertrend indicator, which is calculated based on the ATR (Average True Range). When the price closes above the Supertrend line, it generates a buy signal, and when the price closes below the Supertrend line, it generates a sell signal. The indicator continuously trails the price, helping traders identify trend direction, ride trends, and manage stop-loss levels.
