ARVEX Phase Wave

It converts volatility-adjusted trend momentum (EMA structure normalized by ATR) into a smooth “wave” so you can better judge:
• whether momentum is building or fading
• whether price is in a strong phase or a transition
• whether conditions look more trend-like or rotational
This script is intended for analysis and educational use and does not constitute financial advice.
⸻
What you see
• Primary phase wave (directional momentum curve)
• Adaptive bands around the wave (volatility-adjusted “working” vs “stretched” zones)
• Histogram (momentum change / acceleration cue)
• Markers (optional phase events / rotation highlights)
• HUD with:
• Bias (Up / Down / Flat)
• Score (0–100%) indicating how extended / directional the current phase is
⸻
Modes / profiles
Phase Wave offers different response profiles (e.g., faster vs smoother) to adapt the oscillator behavior to different chart speeds and trading styles. These settings affect smoothing and band behavior.
⸻
How traders typically use it
Common uses include:
• Momentum/context confirmation alongside other tools
• Tracking pullback-to-continuation phases in trending environments
• Spotting transitions when the wave returns toward neutral
(Always combine with your own confirmation and risk management.)
