Library "WTDMANLevelParser"
Provides a parsing library that indicator authors can use in order to parse WTDMAN Levels.

parseLevels(s)
  Parses the string content and returns the `wtdLevels` found within.
  Parameters:
    s (string): The string to parse.
  Returns: The parsed WTD levels.

    low (series float)
