Highest High, Lowest Low + LH→HH Alert
Plots Highest High (green), Lowest Low (red), and SMA (aqua).
Alerts when price crosses above Highest High or below Lowest Low.
Adds an extra alert: if a Lower High (in one 30-bar window) is followed by a Higher High (in the next 30-bar window).
