Updated Volume Weighted MACD
This is just like the normal MACD indicator, except that the values are Volume Weighted and the Histogram changes colour depending on the positive or negative value

Added a colour alert bar to indicate when MACD and Signal lines crossed.I also had a request to add a "Tip Jar" for those who wanted to express their thanks for these indicators.
