Rate Of Change (Absolute change per x unit time)

Rate Of Change (Absolute change per x unit of time) - It calculates absolute movement (i.e. not percentage change) of price in the last n minutes (can be any unit of time) per minute. You can also supply a time multiplier (say, x) which gives you absolute movement of price for last n minutes per x minute of time.
For eg., you could calculate the change in price in last 30 minutes per 5 minute time, which means that on average in the last 30 minutes, price changed by this much in every 5 minutes.
