Rules for using indicator:RSX params:
RSX Length, OB Level, OS Level, Mid Level - used for RSX.
Strength of divergency = minimun level of divergency to notify. Use in ragne 70-80
Strength of convergency = minimun level of convergency to notify. Use in ragne 20-30
Deviation = sensitivity of RSX value to start notifying of divergency or convergency. Use 0.05-0.15
