CHoCH Block Strategy 2

Experimental strategy that uses fractals to find pivot points. Based on these pivot points it determines CHoCH points and opening places.
Release Notes
- Removes pivot points that didn't end up being CHoCH'ed
- You can now change the size (or hide completely) of the pivot point indicating triangles.
- Fixed position sizing bug
- Adds opening limit order placement between 0 and 100. 0 means closest edge, 100 means the farthest edge of the opening zone
- You can now limit trading sessions to specific days and/or hours

- Fixes a bug in SL handling for short positions
- Fixes drawing the TP and SL boxes. Now they show correctly the real order levels

Fix: some position boxes were wrongly drawn when there was a candle that created a new CHoCH and filled the existing open limit order.
