MA Crossover [Alerts]

This is a Moving Average Crossover study.
The study comes with all alerts (Long, Short, Take Profit, and Stop Loss).
A few visuals like Exit Loss and Profit/Loss Boxes have been added as well.
The following Moving Averages are supported:
