MACD Classic MT5 Style (2 Lines + Histogram)

MACD Line (Green) = Difference between Fast EMA and Slow EMA
Signal Line (Red) = EMA of the MACD Line
Histogram = Distance between MACD Line and Signal Line (or in MT5 style, just MACD Line itself)
