Updated Extended CANSLIM Indicator

Extended CANSLIM Indicator.
The Extended CANSLIM indicator concentrates all the tools usually used by CANSLIM traders to allow fundamental analysis along with technical indicators and data.
It comes with 3 different display modes, Market(auto), Static and Dynamic.
The Market mode is automatically displayed when charting SPX, DJI or NASDAQ indexes.
The low pane shows the market cycle line along with the market exposure graph while on the chart pane a table showing current market exposure, distribution days and market cycle duration is shown.
The Static mode shows a table where all the stock fundamental information is shown at once arranged in 5 sets of data:
1. Table Header, showing Indicator and Company data.
2. CANSLIM.
3. RS Rating, Revenue, ROE and Rank
4. Extra Data: ATR, Trend Days, D to E, Performance and Vol % of average today.
5. Historical section Data.
Optionally actionable historical data can be shown for C, A, Revenue and ROE up to 20 quarters if available. Quarterly numbers can also be displayed for A, C and Revenue.
The dynamic mode is anchored to chart time and has itself 2 different views.
The standard view (default) in which a reduced set of data of C and Rev is shown.
The analytic view which provides a synchronized visualization of market conditions, fundamental data along with technical metrics for a more comprehensive temporal analysis.
The technical indicators are listed below, most of then are available in both modes with some exceptions.

Release 18.1.0Added Momentum Consistency (C) Indicator.
This indicator measures the number of weeks a stock shows growth of at least 25% over a 2 month window. Every succeeding week the count is increased by 1 till a maximum of 24 weeks or decreased by 1 otherwise to a minimum of zero.
The indicator adds also 1 rank point every 8 points (weeks).
