Questa modifica al carlini's index porta ad avere due possibilità di studio nello stesso grafico.
Con HPI settato a 5 periodi si ha la possibilità di avere indicazioni di operatività a breve periodo ( non intraday ) .
Con il Carlini's index modificato histogramma si ha la possibilità di avere una verifica immediata del trend a lungo periodo.
Entrambi consentono lo studio delle divergenze
