5-Bar Chatterbox [Descriptive Absorption v15]

5-Bar Chatterbox [Descriptive Absorption]
Overview
The 5-Bar Chatterbox is a high-speed diagnostic tool designed for scalpers who need to understand what is happening "under the hood" of the price action. Instead of using lagging indicators, this script performs a deep-dive analysis of the most recent 5 candles to identify order flow imbalances, absorption, and volatility shifts.
The Core Logic
The script utilizes three proprietary analytical layers to generate its "Verdict":
1. CVD & Absorption Engine
This is the heart of the script. It calculates a synthetic Cumulative Volume Delta (CVD) for the last 5 bars.
The Absorption Logic: The script identifies "Hidden Buying" or "Hidden Selling." For example, if the last 5 candles are mostly red (Price Down) but the CVD is positive (Buying Pressure), the script flags this as "Buyers Absorbing Sellers." This is a high-probability reversal signal that standard indicators miss.
2. Live "Bar Fight" Analysis
While the 5-bar history provides context, the "Live" row monitors the current developing candle in real-time.
It categorizes the current bar into states: Push Up, Dump Down, Trap Up/Down (based on wick-to-body ratios), or Fighting (high-volume indecision). This gives the trader an immediate read on whether the current candle is confirming or rejecting the 5-bar trend.
3. Micro-Trend & Volatility Squeeze
5-Bar Momentum: It measures the net displacement over the lookback period to see if the move is "Flat" or "Trending."
Explosive vs. Squeeze: The script compares the current 5-bar range against the previous 5-bar range. This identifies Squeezes (volatility contraction) and Explosive moves (volatility expansion) before they appear on larger timeframe indicators.
The Dashboard HUD
The system presents all data in a non-intrusive, customizable HUD:
Timer: Dual-synced countdown for the 1-minute and 5-minute candle closes.
CVD Status: Real-time reading of volume delta and absorption states.
Verdict: A final "Long," "Short," or "Wait" signal that only triggers when Price Action, CVD, and Momentum are in perfect alignment.
Battle Mode Flash: The dashboard will flash a high-visibility orange when it detects a massive volume spike (2x normal), alerting the trader to an imminent stop-run or liquidation event.
Settings
Positioning: 9 different screen locations to fit any chart layout.
Custom Dimensions: Fully adjustable column widths and row heights for 4K or laptop screens.
This script provides an original implementation of volume delta and absorption logic. It does not use "future-leak" or repainting techniques. All "Live" calculations are clearly labeled and used for real-time situational awareness during the current bar's formation.
