For Peaks:
marks bars whose high is higher than <input> bars on either side
For Valleys:
marks bars whose low is lower than <input> bars on either side
<input> defaults to 13
marks bars whose high is higher than <input> bars on either side
For Valleys:
marks bars whose low is lower than <input> bars on either side
<input> defaults to 13
