Updated Multi Moving Averages

This indicators shows multiple moving averages in the same chart.
It also allows you to change other more detailed settings, such as MA type (now including HMA), and offset as well.
Need to replicate the alligator indicator? Simply change the offset for the first 3 to the following values; 0 for the first, 1 for the second, and 2 for the third.
