BAMBOO PLAN - 2

62
Bamboo Strategy: Execution Summary
The Bamboo Plan is a high-probability system focused on the cycle of compression (coiling) and expansion (breakouts). It uses a three-pillar framework to ensure you only trade high-conviction setups.
1. The Three Core Pillars
* The State (The Spring): Measures the "Rubber Band" distance between the 20 EMA and 200 SMA.
* Narrow (< 1.5%): A "Coiled Spring" ready for an A+ entry.
* Wide (> 2%): Overextended; high risk of a "snap-back." Stay in cash.
* The Location (The Soil): Uses the Power Hour (3:00 PM – 4:00 PM EST) of the previous day to define the range.
* Ignition Zone: A breakout from the Power Hour high/low.
* Support: Price must be near the "soil" (20 or 200 MA) to provide a safe foundation for growth.
* The Seed (The Trigger): No trade is taken without a specific signal candle.
* Expansion Candle: A large, solid-bodied candle closing near its peak.
* Tail Signal: A long wick (Bottoming Tail) rejecting a moving average.
2. Trade Execution & Rules
* Entry: Place your order one cent above the signal candle's high.
* Stop-Loss: Set at the low of the signal candle or the recent pivot point.
* Trend Alignment: Longs only if 8 EMA > 20 EMA; Puts only if 8 EMA < 20 EMA.
3. The "Non-Negotiable" Mantra
> "Wait for the Kiss." The highest probability trades occur only when Price, Moving Averages, and Horizontal Support all intersect simultaneously. If the market is "Wide" or messy, Cash is a Position.
