Updated Triple Moving Average Crossover Indicator

Go Long as the fastMA crosses above the slowMA (All Green Fill)
Go Short as the fastMA crosses below and other MA (Red)
Prep for next movement when the fill colours are mixed together.
Back this up with volume and momentum indicators.
I'm currently working on turning this into a strategy.

In this update I added more ways for you to be able to customize the indicator.You can now use the settings dialog to:
* Set the source of data to use (close, open, high, low, volume, etc)
* Change the MA type [SMA, EMA, None (Removes the MA) ]
I also added a very slow (200 period) MA, which is disabled by default, but might be useful at times.
