OPEN-SOURCE SCRIPT

STP Fractal Corridors

Updated
Fractal Corridors is a lagging channel connecting Fractal highs and lows each with added/substracted pre-set value.

It is inspired and designed for Vladimir Poltoratskiy's trading style with his ST patterns (book: Forex Strategy: ST Patterns Trading Manual).

This uses fractals with one candle lower/higher on each side as in the book.

You may choose to disable fractals and view the channel only.

Good luck trading!
Release Notes
• alerts for the fractures added

• you can have a script plot the fractures on the chart
Release Notes
I added two life-improvement features to the script.
• Dynamic width calculation. This uses a measure that will override tick-based width and is active on default. Specifically, it uses Average True Range over 300 daily candles and divides them by 10.
• Smoothing that gives channels more modern touch.

In addition, I changed the default colors for the channel itself. This is because it goes better with my taste and fits into my chart nicely. Feel free to revert back to Maroon/Olive.
Release Notes
Hotfix for the chart in the preview.
