RTA 真实溢价率指标是作者交易系统核心指标之一，主要用于判断加密货币市场的期货市场永续合约和掉期合约的贴水和升水情况，从而得出市场多空双方的真实杠杆率情况，从而结合该指标分析市场。
该指标结合《RTA 永续资金费率分析法》课程使用。
上红框及以上区间则说明市场多头杠杆率极高。
上黄框及以上区间则说明市场多头杠杆率较高。
绿框区则说明市场多空平衡。
下黄框及以上区间则说明市场空头杠杆率较高。
下红框及以上区间则说明市场空头杠杆率极高。
