Release Notes
Accuracy UpdateWhat changed:
- Consistent dates across symbols: The script now normalizes the chart symbol’s exchange time to UTC using syminfo.timezone, then applies your UTC offset. This reduces “1-day ahead/behind” differences between session-based tickers (stocks) and 24/7 tickers (crypto).
- Timezone inputs improved: The offset input now supports fractional hours (e.g., +5.5, +9.5) and there is a manual DST (+1h) toggle.
If you still see a 1-day mismatch:
- Double-check your UTC offset and DST toggle.
- Note the script uses the bar open time; civil-date expectations near midnight can differ vs using bar close time.
Thanks to jfg28 for reporting the date mismatch!
