Intermediate Swing Labels — Indicator by aplatti

Draws labels above Intermediate Swing Highs, and below Intermediate Swing Lows. Intermediate Swing Highs are highs with swing highs on either side. Intermediate Swing Lows are lows with swing lows on either side.

Added setting to control size of intermediate swing labels.
