stelaraX – Order Blocks
stelaraX – Order Blocks is a price-structure indicator designed to highlight potential institutional supply and demand zones based on impulse behavior. It detects the last opposing candle before a strong directional move and marks that candle range as an Order Block zone for future reaction or mitigation.

Core logic
The script identifies bullish and bearish order blocks by searching for an initiating candle followed by a configurable sequence of strong continuation candles.
Key principles:
* bullish order blocks are detected as the last bearish candle before a strong upward impulse
* bearish order blocks are detected as the last bullish candle before a strong downward impulse
* impulse strength is defined by a user-set number of consecutive candles (“strength”)
* continuation candles must close beyond the initiating candle’s key level
* when detected, a box is drawn using the initiating candle’s high/low range
* zones extend forward for contextual tracking and potential retests
This logic is intended to capture simple, rule-based demand and supply zones from price action structure.
Visualization
The script plots:
* colored order block boxes directly on the price chart
* separate colors for bullish and bearish order blocks
* forward extension of each zone for retest monitoring
* “OB” labels at the originating candle location
* alert conditions for bullish and bearish order block detection
This creates a clean SMC-style overlay to visualize potential reaction areas.
Use case
