There are lots of indicators to show EMAs. This one is different because it shows EMAs 12 and 26 for the current timeframe, and, the same EMAs for the next timeframe. Following this sequence: 1' -> 5' -> 15' -> 1h -> 4h -> 1d -> 1w -> 1 month
