Добавлена стратегия BTC/USD 15 мин.
Параметры Stop loss: 1,5% от цены входа
Параметры Trailing Stop loss:
1. Активация (включение) trailing stop loss при достижении значения цены ВТС, рассчитанной как: ЦЕНА ВХОДА В СДЕЛКУ умножить на 1,005 (для лонга), либо умножить на 0,995 (для шорта)
2. Значение trailing stop loss после активации рассчитывается, как ЦЕНА ВХОДА В СДЕЛКУ умножить на 0,003
