KPRSI - Hidden Divergence
This indicator does the following steps.
1) Plots EMA(20) and checks its slope (trend)
2) Detects RSI divergence (with tolerance)
It checks divergence between the last two pivots:
3) Adds filters to create “DivBuy / DivSell” signals
A divergence alone isn’t enough. It also requires EMA alignment:
DivBuy
• Bullish divergence
• EMA slope up (emaUp)
• Price above EMA (close > ema20)
DivSell
• Bearish divergence
• EMA slope down (emaDown)
• Price below EMA (close < ema20)
