Opening Range + Prev/Pre/Post Market Hi/Lo
- Tracks each day’s regular-session high/low and their bar_index.
- On a new day, stores those as “prev day” values.
- Draws the prev-day lines anchored at the actual high/low bars from yesterday, then extends them across today (and beyond).
