Calculates Goldbach Time using both hour + minute AND just the minute of the hour, with the option to toggle either one on/off

Update allows vertical offset of labels to be adjusted by increments of 0.25 instead of increments of 1. For some assets, like gold, 1 was too big, and the indicator did not look clean on the chart. This update fixes that.Release Notes
