The electronic industry permeates pretty much everything we do nowadays – I mean you are literally reading these words on an electronic device right at this very moment, right? (Unless you printed it out, which is frankly, a rather odd thing to do).

This list comprises the biggest electronic hardware companies in the business - manufacturing and distributing external hardware adopted en masse by consumers. Phones, monitors, smart speakers, printers. You name it - these guys do it. Those we've chosen live up to the label too, all super-charged with market caps above the 5BN mark. This list does not include semiconductor companies or organizations with hardware designed for large-scale operations or infrastructure.

And, of course, this list does not constitute advice. To avoid getting a shock, always wear rubber-soled shoes while doing your own research.
